  "text": "This Order brings into force the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 (which consolidates the Nuclear Installations (Licensing and Insurance) Act 1959 and the Nuclear Installations (Amendment) Act 1965) except for section 17(5) (which bars the enforcement in the United Kingdom of certain foreign judgments).",
