# The Nuclear Installations (Application of Security Provisions) Order 1971, Note: Explanatory note


This Order applies to British Nuclear Fuels Limited the security provisions set out in Schedule 1 to the Nuclear Installations Act 1965, as amended by the Atomic Energy Authority Act 1971.
