Made 4th December 1978
Laid before Parliament 7th December 1978
Coming into Operation 1st January 1979
The Secretary of State for Energy (as to England and Wales) and the Secretary of State for Scotland (as to Scotland) in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 and now vested in them (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and of all other powers them enabling hereby jointly make the following Regulations:—
