# The Nuclear Installations (Gibraltar) Order 1970, Paragraph 30: Short title and commencement


(1) This Act may be cited as the Nuclear Installations Act 1965.
(2) This Act, except for section 17(5) shall come into force on 28th July 1970 and section 17(5) shall come into force on such later date as the Governor may by order appoint.
