In this Order “Guernsey” means the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the territorial waters adjacent thereto.

(2)

In this Order “the Act” means (without prejudice to paragraph 1(a) of the Schedule to this Order) the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 as amended by or under the Nuclear Installations Act 1969, the Atomic Energy Authority Act 1971 or any subsequent enactment.

(3)

The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of this Order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
