# The Nuclear Installations (Jersey) Order 1980, Article 3


Sections 10 to 17, 21 to 26 and 30 of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 and Schedule 2 thereto, shall extend to Jersey with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order.
