  "text": "Subject as hereinafter provided, the provisions referred to in Article 3 of this Order shall have effect as if—\n(a) the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 etc. (Repeals and Modifications) Regulations 1974 (repeals and modifications consequential on the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974) had not been made, and\n(b) any reference therein to any provision of the Act or of any other enactment were a reference to that provision as it has effect in Jersey.",
