# The Nuclear Installations (Jersey) Order 1980, Paragraph 17


In section 17(4), for the words “Part I of the said Act of 1933” there shall be substituted the words “Part II of the said Law of 1960” and for the words “section 4 of that Act subsections” there shall be substituted the words “Article 6 of that Law paragraphs.”.
