# The Nuclear Installations (Jersey) Order 1980, Paragraph 39


In section 25 the words after “accordingly” to the end of subsection (2) shall be omitted and for subsection (3) there shall be substituted the following provision:—
“(3) Proceedings in respect of any offence under this Act shall not be instituted in Jersey except by or with the consent of the Attorney General for Jersey.”.
