  "text": "In section 12(4)—\n(a) the words “or in subsection (3A)” shall be omitted;\n(b) for paragraph (a) (repealed by section 6(3) of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1971 there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—\n“(a) the operation of the Loi (1926) au sujet du Transport de Marchandises par Mer; or”\n(c) in paragraph (c) the reference to an Act shall include a reference to a law of the States of Jersey.",
