# The Nuclear Installations (Jersey) (Variation) Order 1987, Paragraph 1


In article 3, for the words “the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 and Schedule 2 thereto” there shall be substituted the words “and Schedule 2 to the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 as amended by the Energy Act 1983”.
