  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Nuclear Installations (Montserrat) Order 1972 and shall come into operation on 15th March 1972.\n(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply with the necessary adaptations for the purposes of interpreting this Order and otherwise in relation thereto as it applies for the purpose of interpreting, and in relation to, Acts of Parliament of the United Kingdom.\n(3) In the Schedule to this Order any reference to a provision of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 shall be construed as a reference to that provision as it has effect in Montserrat under this Order.",
