# The Nuclear Installations (Montserrat) Order 1972, Note: Explanatory note


This Order extends to Montserrat, with adaptations and modifications, certain provisions of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965, as amended, which relate to the duty in respect of the carriage of nuclear matter, to the right to compensation for breach of that duty and to the bringing and satisfaction of claims and certain ancillary provisions.
