  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Nuclear Installations (Virgin Islands) Order 1973 and shall come into operation on the 10th day of March 1973.\n(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply with the necessary adaptations for the purpose of interpreting this Order and otherwise in relation thereto as it applies for the purpose of interpreting, and in relation to, Acts of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.\n(3) In the Schedule to this Order any reference to a provision of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 shall be construed as a reference to that provision as it has effect in the Virgin Islands under this Order.",
