# The Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983 (Jersey) Order 1991, Article 2


Sections 1 to 4, 6 and 8 of and the Schedule to the Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983 shall extend to the Bailiwick of Jersey with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order.
