  "text": "A person who knowingly or recklessly makes a statement which is false or misleading in a material particular in giving—\n(a) any information to the Office for Nuclear Regulation or an authorised officer for the purposes of this Act or the Additional Protocol;\n(b) any information to the Office for Nuclear Regulation in response to a requirement of regulations under section 3; or\n(c) any information to an Agency inspector exercising powers under section 5,\nis guilty of an offence.",
