  "heading": "Transfers of conditioned waste",
  "text": "(1) An operator of a qualifying nuclear facility that is used to treat or store conditioned waste must declare to the ONR—\n(a) shipments or exports of conditioned waste from the qualifying nuclear facility, using the form set out in Part 9 of Schedule 1;\n(b) receipts or imports of conditioned waste to the qualifying nuclear facility, using the form set out in Part 10 of Schedule 1.\n(2) The forms set out in Parts 9 and 10 of Schedule 1 must be sent to the ONR within the period of 30 days beginning with the last day of the calendar year to which they relate.\n(3) The requirements set out in regulations 21 to 24 do not apply to an operator of a qualifying nuclear facility in respect of conditioned waste.",
