  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Nuclear Safeguards (Jersey) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 7th May 2004.\n(2) In this Order—\n“Jersey” means the Bailiwick of Jersey;\n“the 1978 Act” means the Nuclear Safeguards and Electricity (Finance) Act 1978; and\n“the 2000 Act” means the Nuclear Safeguards Act 2000.",
