  "text": "The activities referred to in regulation 4(1) are:\n(i) the manufacture of centrifuge rotor tubes or the assembly of gas centrifuges;\n(ii) the manufacture of diffusion barriers;\n(iii) the manufacture or assembly of laser-based systems;\n(iv) the manufacture or assembly of electromagnetic isotope separators;\n(v) the manufacture or assembly of columns or extraction equipment;\n(vi) the manufacture of aerodynamic separation nozzles or vortex tubes;\n(vii) the manufacture or assembly of uranium plasma generation systems;\n(viii) the manufacture of zirconium tubes;\n(ix) the manufacture or upgrading of heavy water or deuterium;\n(x) the manufacture of nuclear grade graphite;\n(xi) the manufacture of flasks for irradiated fuel;\n(xii) the manufacture of reactor control rods;\n(xiii) the manufacture of criticality safe tanks and vessels;\n(xiv) the manufacture of irradiated fuel element chopping machines;\n(xv) the construction of hot cells.",
