# Nurses Agencies Regulations 2002, Introduction: Introductory text


NURSES MIDWIVES AND HEALTH VISITORS, ENGLAND
Made 21st December 2002
Laid before Parliament 23rd December 2002
Coming into force 1st April 2003
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on him by sections 4(6), 22(1), (2)(a) to (c), (f) to (j) and (7)(a) to (h) and (j), 25, 34(1), 35 and 118(5) to (7) of the Care Standards Act 2000 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having consulted such persons as he considers appropriate, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
