Coming into force 1st December 2003
The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 4(6), 16(3), 22(1) and (2)(b), 25, 34(1), 35 and 118(5) — (7) of the Care Standards Act 2000 hereby makes the following Regulations:—
