# The Nurses Agencies (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Nurses Agencies (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and come into force on 1st December 2003.
(2) These Regulations apply to nurses agencies in Wales only.
