# The Nurses Agencies (Wales) Regulations 2003, Introduction: Introductory text


NURSES, MIDWIVES AND HEALTH VISITORS, WALES
Made 1st October 2003
Coming into force 2nd October 2003
The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of powers conferred upon it by sections 4(6), 16(3), 22(1), (2)(a) to (c), (f) to (j) and (7)(a) to (h) and (j), 25, 34(1), 35 and 118(5) to (7) of the Care Standards Act 2000 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, having consulted such persons as it considers appropriate, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
