# The Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors (Amendment) Rules Approval Order 2002, Schedule: THE NURSES, MIDWIVES AND HEALTH VISITORS (AMENDMENT) RULES 2002


The United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 2, 7, 8(2), 17(3) and 19(1) of the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1997, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and after due consultation in accordance with section 19(3) thereof, hereby makes the following rules—
