# The Nursing and Midwifery (Amendment) Order 2008, Paragraph 2: Revocation of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Election Scheme) Rules 2005 and the Rules amending those Rules


(1) The Nursing and Midwifery Council (Election Scheme) Rules Order of Council 2005, and the Rules approved by that Order, are revoked.
(2) The Nursing and Midwifery Council (Election Scheme) (Amendment) Rules Order of Council 2007, and the Rules approved by that Order, are revoked.
