Paragraph 21 Amendments to Schedule 4

In Schedule 4 (interpretation)—

(a)

in the definition of “lay member” for “statutory committee” substitute “Practice Committee”;

(b)

omit the definition of “local supervising authority”;

(c)

for the definition of “Practice Committees” substitute—

  • ““Practice Committees” has the meaning given to it in article 3(10);”;

(d)

omit the definition of “statutory committees”.
