For the title to the Rules and in rule 1 (citation and commencement) for “Nursing and Midwifery Council (Midwifery and Practice Committees) (Constitution) Rules 2008”, substitute “Nursing and Midwifery Council (Practice Committees) (Constitution) Rules 2008”.
