In regulation 1 of the Primary Care Trusts (Membership, Procedure and Administration Arrangements) Regulations 2000 (citation, commencement and interpretation), in the definition of “nurse”, for “the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1997” substitute “the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001”.
