# The Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2002, Paragraph 4: Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 1987


In regulation 3 of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 1987 (interpretation), in the definition of “health professional”, for paragraph (b), substitute—
“(b) a midwife, nurse or health visitor registered as a midwife, nurse or health visitor with the Nursing and Midwifery Council under the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001;”.
