# The Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2002, Paragraph 5: Family Health Services Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990


In regulation 2 of the Family Services Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990 (membership of authorities), in paragraph (2)(d), for “under section 10 of the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1979” substitute “pursuant to paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 to the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001”.
