for the purposes of article 2(a)(ii), the date of coming into force of article 27(a) of the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001
for the purposes of article 2(c), the date of coming into force of article 36 of the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001
remainder 1st April 2002
At the Council Chamber, Whitehall, the 26th day of March 2002

Their Lordships, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by article 54(2) of the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
