  "text": "The entries in the register kept under the 1997 Act may be transferred to the register in accordance with articles 5 and 6 but, where the home address of a person registered under the 1997 Act appears in the register kept under that Act and the entry for that person is transferred to the register, his home address shall not be published in the register without the consent of that person.",
