  "text": "In section 58 of the Medicines Act 1968 (medicinal products on prescription only)—\n(a) for subsection (1)(d) there shall be substituted—\n“(d) registered nurses or midwives who are of such a description and comply with such conditions as may be specified in the order”;\n(b) in subsection (4)(a), for the words “a registered nurse, midwife or health visitor,”, there shall be substituted “a registered nurse or midwife,”.",
