  "heading": "Amendment of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations",
  "text": "For Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations there shall be substituted the following:–\n“SCHEDULE 2\nRegulation 3\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nColumn 3\nColumn 4\nMatters in respect of which fee is payable\nPrescribed fee from 1st April 1998\nPrescribed fee from 1st April 1999\nPrescribed fee from 1st April 2000\n1 Application for registration.\n£900\n£1050\n£1295\n2 Annual continuation of registration (payable on registration date and annual anniversary of the registration date thereafter).\n£30 per patient bed\n£45 per patient bed\n£65 per patient bed\n3 Application under section 1(3F) of the Act for a variation in any condition of registration such as is mentioned in section 1(3D) or (3E) of the Act and specified in the certificate of registration.\n£150\n£225\n£325\n4 The issuing under section 1(3) of the Act of a new certificate following any variation, made as a result of an application under section 1(3F) of the Act, in the conditions under section 1(3D) or (3E) of the Act subject to which the registration has been granted.\n£20\n£30\n£55\n”.",
