  "text": "PUBLIC HEALTH, SCOTLAND\nMade 26th June 1990\nLaid before Parliament 6th July 1990\nComing into force 27th July 1990\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(2), 1A, 3A and 4 of the Nursing Homes Registration (Scotland) Act 1938, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
