# The Nursing Homes Registration (Scotland) Regulations 1990, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 26th June 1990
Laid before Parliament 6th July 1990
Coming into force 27th July 1990
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(2), 1A, 3A and 4 of the Nursing Homes Registration (Scotland) Act 1938, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
