# The Nursing Homes Registration (Scotland) Regulations 1990, Section 3: Fees


(1) The different fees (in this regulation referred to as “appropriate prescribed fees”) described in column 2 of Schedule 2 shall be payable to the Health Board in respect of the different applications and other matters to which they respectively refer, and which are described in column 1 of the said Schedule.
(2) The appropriate prescribed fees—
(a) in respect of each of the written applications described in numbers 1 and 3 of the list in column 1 of Schedule 2, shall be submitted to the Health Board with the particular written application;
(b) in respect of the other matters described in numbers 2 and 4 of the said list, shall be payable on demand being made by the Health Board.
