Regulation 15 Amendment of regulation 35

In regulation 35, after paragraph (6) insert—

“(7)

As part of the review conducted under this regulation, the Department must review the overall position of derogations granted under regulation 39(3) against the effectiveness in meeting objectives of reducing water pollution from nutrients and preventing further pollution.”.
