# The Nutrient Action Programme (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019, Regulation 8: Amendment of regulation 13


In regulation 13, after paragraph (3) insert—
“(4) The application limits set out in Table 2 of Schedule 3 shall have effect from 1st January 2020.”.
