In regulation 16(2)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (h) omit “and”

(b)

in sub-paragraph (i) for “Schedule 2.” substitute “Schedule 2; and”

(c)

after sub-paragraph (i) insert—

“(j)

in the case of a derogated holding, a description of the housing and manure storage system, including the volume of manure storage available.”.
