# The Nutrient Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019, Regulation 22: Manner of storage of dirty water


Provision for the safe storage of dirty water should be available for those periods when weather and ground conditions, as set out in regulation 8(2), are unsuitable for land application.
