# The Nutrient Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019, Regulation 28: Duty of the controller not to provide false or misleading information


The controller shall not compile records which are false or misleading or furnish any false or misleading information in any notice or other document for the purposes of these Regulations.
