  "text": "Any person guilty of an offence under regulation 32 shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum together with a fine of an amount equal to one-tenth of that level for each day upon which the offence continues after the conviction; or\n(b) on conviction on indictment to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or both.",
