  "text": "(1) A notice served under—\n(a) regulation 28 (notices) of the Nitrates Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 ; or\n(b) regulation 9 (notice) of the Phosphorus (Use in Agriculture) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014\nshall, notwithstanding the revocation of those Regulations, be deemed to be a notice served under regulation 30 (notices) of these Regulations.\n(2) Records required to retain under—\n(a) regulation 25 (type of records required) of the Nitrates Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014; or\n(b) regulation 7 (duty of the controller to provide information) of the Phosphorus (Use in Agriculture) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014;\nshall, notwithstanding the revocation of those Regulations, be deemed to be records required to be retained under regulation 27 (records required) of these Regulations.",
