  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the following regulations are revoked—\n(a) the Nitrates Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014;\n(b) the Phosphorus (Use in Agriculture) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 ;\n(c) the Nitrates Action Programme (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 ;and\n(d) regulations 10 and 11 of the Pesticides, Genetically Modified Organisms and Fertilisers (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018 .\n(2) Table 1a of Schedule 1 to the Nitrates Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 shall continue to have effect until 31st December 2019.",
