  "text": "The requirements which have to be satisfied in relation to a silo are that—\n(a) it complies with paragraphs 2 to 9; or\n(b) if it is designed and constructed, before 20th August 2013, in accordance with the standard on cylindrical forage tower silos published by the British Standards Institution and numbered BS 5061: 1974 .",
