# The Nutrient Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019, Paragraph 8: Application of manure and other fertilisers


For each grassland holding, the controller shall ensure that the phosphorus balance, calculated in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 and Tables 2 and 7 of that Schedule, does not exceed a surplus of 10kg phosphorus per hectare per year.
