# The Nutrition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, extent and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Nutrition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into force on 12th August 2026.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
(3) These Regulations apply to England only.
