Commission Regulation (EU) No 379/2012 of 3 May 2012 refusing to authorise certain health claims made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children's development and health is amended as follows.

In Article 1—
(a)
omit “Union”;
(b)
for “as provided for in Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006” substitute “ in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 432/2012 ”;
(c)
omit paragraph 2.
