# The Nutrition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 48: Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1048/2012

(1) Commission Regulation (EU) No 1048/2012 of 8 November 2012 on the authorisation of a health claim made on foods and referring to the reduction of disease risk is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1—
(a) in paragraph 1, for “European Union” substitute “ Great Britain ”;
(b) omit paragraph 2.
(3) Omit Article 2.
